Although Mystic the wizard is a new release, he's making a big "Poof" and disappearing quickly! Each Puffkin retailer only received 8 Mystic Puffkins - no matter how many they ordered. No one knows if more are coming and he is not "officially" a Limited Edition - but neither was Patriot.... And, to complicate things more - Mystic has been seen with both gold and silver stars on his hat. Mystic's prototype had gold stars.  Swibco's FAQ section says, "There are two versions of Mystic. They are both correct. There were equal amounts of both silver and gold Mystics made." (this is a correction to my earlier statement: I previously stated that silver was a manufacturing error) Mystic should be arriving on store shelves in the next few weeks so get yours before he does a "disappearing act". Mystic will not be made into a Keychain or Magnet.

The "benefit" Puffkin: "Cosmo" the Rainbow Bear is making a colorful "splash" on the Puffkin scene. For each Cosmo bear sold Swibco will donate 27 cents to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital  to help them find a cure for childhood cancer. Cosmo will have a special tag with the St. Jude logo on it. You can find a list of reputable online retailers who will carry this Puffkin "in stock"on the Retail Links page.

Halloween Limited Editions are being manufactured and getting ready for a (one-time only!) late summer release! Last year's Halloween Puffkins were a hot item and this year's looks like it will be too! You'll find this set of four includes:

Stitch the Monster (10-31-98 birthday)
"Stitch the monster so gentle and shy,
Knows what's right and won't tell a lie.
With bolts in his neck and his face so green,
He's the cutest monster you've ever seen."

Patches the Scarecrow (10-31-98 birthday)

Jack the Jack-o-lantern (10-31-98 birthday)

Trick the bear (10-31-98 birthday)
