Specialty Tags

From what I understand, just about any distributor can order a specially made Tag from Swibco and attach it to the Puffkin for about 15 cents a tag. Some of the special tags were produced by Swibco for their employee give aways or to commemorate an event. Special Tags make Puffkins even more fun!  Puffkins have even "shown their stuff" at Minor League Baseball Games! Click here for scans from the Game Puffkins

This is the tag that Swibco put on 120 Freddy Puffkins and gave to their dealer representatives who came to a special meeting that Swibco hosted in April, 1999 to unveil their new Plush line. One of these specially tagged Puffkins sold on ebay immediately following the meeting for $405.00! It's too soon and there isn't enough information yet to put a "value" on these.

This is the tag that Swibco put on 250 each of Patriot, Freddy, Danny and Scooter (total of 1000) for patrons at the huge Beanbag Collectible Show in Valley Forge, PA on May 15-16, 1999. A few sold on ebay immediately following the event for $25.00 - $46.00. It's still too soon to put an actual "value" on these.

This is the tag that is on the special "Club" edition of the Puffkin Collectors Club Puffkin you receive when you join.
