These values are JUST MY OPINION!  I have researched completed ebay auctions and other sources, however this is in no way an "official" list.  Before buying/selling or trading Puffkins, please consult the official Swibco web page. The collectible bean bag market is very volatile and has many "ups" and "downs" depending on the season of the year, etc.   This listing should not be used for investment purposes.  Remember, in the end, a collectible toy is only "worth" what someone is willing to pay for it.   In my experience, retail could mean as low as $3.50 to as high as $6.98.

 

I am NOT a Swibco dealer or a Swibco employee, nor do I have any "inside" access to the Swibco company through trade shows, etc.  I'm just a person who really likes my Puffkin collection and wants to share some of the information that I have collected with others who are interested.

 

"MISTAGS" AND SPECIALTY TAGS:

Mistagged Puffkins are considered common manufacturing errors and are not considered as more or less valuable than a correctly tagged Puffkin.  Please exercise extreme caution in acquiring "mistagged" Puffkins.  It is very easy for disreputable individuals to switch swingtags on Puffkins, thereby creating the illusion of a "rare mistagged Puffkin".  To date, PuffkinFriends.com has heard officially of only one mistagged Puffkin...Dinky with a Pickles tag.  Specialty tagged Puffkins may affect value and I will have a separate Value Guide for that as soon as I feel I have enough data.

 

EYE COLORS:

Eye colors often vary on Puffkins and are considered common manufacturing errors.  For the purposes of this guide, I have only listed popular eye color variations that seem to affect the value of that particular Puffkin.
