The Convention demands that States who have ratified the document are responsible for mass education of the public about its tenets. Take advantage of this and help the State promote all efforts to aid in a boon of recognition for children’s rights all over the world.

Promote average educational establishments to be included in learning the Convention as to increase the interest of school children. This will aid in the forming of a good attitude as grown ups to the plight of children.

Promote the answering of children's questions with about the rules of the Convention.

Introduce the contribution of business to the learning of children’s rights to wide sections of professionals, direct or indirect reproduction of children's questions connected to solution, and through participation in appropriate seminars for their organization.

Promote the creation of national commissions for the need of wide participation of the public with the purpose of maintaining information coordination about the Convention. As well, provide publicity of any conclusions made by the given commission.
