I have two wonderful children from a previous marriage. Glenda who was born in 1978 and Glen who was born in 1980. You can learn more about them if you go to their pages.
I also have the most wonderful granddaughter named Taylor. You can also see her if you go to her page. She is a real cutie
Ken is thirty five years old and was born in the Belleville area. He worked as a security guard at a high rise building in downtown Toronto. He really likes to go fishing, and boating. I used to enjoy the time we spend together and going fishing with him. He also likes being on the computer chatting with his friends.
I am forty one years old and was born in the Trenton area. Trenton and Belleville are neighbouring cities. Isn't that funny how things seem to work out. We were born in the same area. I work as the superintendent of the building that we are living in.
My hobbies are crafts of different sorts. I really like doing things with my hands. I also enjoy going for walks and fishing.
About fifteen years ago I was run over by a city truck in Brockville. I was sleeping in a city park when one of their employees who wasn't watching where he was going ran over me. I ended up with a lot of broken bones. It has slowed me down over the years but I have learned to cope with things.
Well I guess all fairy tales were just ment to be broken. I am now alone as Ken walked out on me at the end of August. There will always be a place for him in my heart but other than that things are going pretty good just being single. This is just going to take a little time to get used to. I am sure with time things will improve as I am really starting to enjoy the time I spend on my own. I really don't mind so much anymore.
I have decided that I am going to loose weight and start trying to make some new friends out there in this world. This may take some time as I really don't know anyone here in Toronto. I am trying to get over depression but I am sure that that will come with time and lots of it. Just going to keep plugging away at things and take one day at a time.
I am more into my crafts than I was before and I am going to keep at it to start making a lot of things for Christmas. Maybe with a little luck I will get everything done that is required before the big day.
Here is a picture of Ken and myself taken the day we were married.
