This is a picture of mommy, daddy and me in a park down by the water in Brockville. Don't mommy and daddy make a cute couple. I certainly think so.
We live in a little city called Brockville, which is in eastern Ontario. I really like it here. It is a really pretty city with lots of parks and water. It is located on the St. Lawrence seaway. Once a year we have a big festival called Riverfest. It is like a big carnival which is held in a riverfront park. It has lots of live entertainment and a small carnival. This is the big event of the year. Unfortunately this past winter(1998) we were hit by the ice storms that hit eastern Ontario and western Quebec. We were without lights, heat and hydro for just over eight days. Was no fun living here then and I couldn't even go outside to play. Do you know how hard that is on a two year old who loer to play and do things.
I am really smart for my age. I have learned to recognize my alphabet, my numbers and what some words are. I can also sing the alphabet song. Getting real good at putting in all the letters of the alphabet. I can also count to twenty.
My new thing is talking on the phone when my nanny phones. I love to talk and have gotten pretty good at it.
I forgot to let people know that I really like dinosaurs, especially Barney. I can sing the Barney song, the one about I love you. I am only two after all. I also like sesame street. Elmo is one of my favorites on there. I also like Mickey Mouse. He is not as much of a favorite of mine as he is of mommies though.
I have spent a week with nanny and grampa. We went camping. I loved that. Like to spend time camping. We saw a deer and a chimpmunk. I have learned some real big words. I can sure keep them on there toes now. Love going for walks and singing the abc song and the I love you song.
I am also learning how to swim. I jump into my grandparents pool and paddle around with just floaties. That is really good since I am so little. I have no fear of the water.
Well on January 19 I am going to be three. My new thing is the computer. I am pretty good with it since I am so little. I like to make things go. I have my own computer at my nana's. It is just a little one but oh so much fun. Love working with it.
I have a new kitty. I called it twinkie winkie after the purple tele-tubbie. I love to watch the tele-tubbies on tv. They are cute and educational. Also really funny.
Hey I am now three. I have been tested to school but they are not going to take me because I was three in January instead of December. That is okay though. I tested just over four years old and am more than ready to start.
Hey mommy is now expecting a baby brother or sister for me. I am looking forward to having a baby to help mommy take care of. Won't be to much longer now.
My singing is getting better now. I am learning to sing that country song about having angel wings. I know almost all the words now. I have learnt to call my nanny and sing on the answering machine. I also so to a place in Kingston and sing on stage. Who knows maybe I will be the next Celone Dion. That would be funny.
