AD RATES: Full page 50¢, Half page 25¢, Quarter page 15¢, under 100 words 10¢. Photo ads are available. Send SASE for return of ad and/or photos.

REGISTRATION: Open to all QH and any horse with QH breeding. Horses with TB breeding will be considered a QH, all others a halfbred. Fee is 1¢ a horse. Info needed for registration:

1) Horse's name, 2) age, 3) sex, 4) color & markings, 5) Make & OF or CM, 6) Sire & Dam,7) If partbred give breed, 8) your name and address

This info needs to be on a 3 x 5 card if at all possible. SASE is required for return of number.

SHOW YEAR: January 1st to December 31st. All shows qualify for points. It doesn't matter what time of year you register a horse, you may send in points for the whole year. Info needed when sending in points:

Horse's name, registration number, date of show, name of show, judge, class, number in class,placing and points.

NATIONAL SHOW: Held in November by a non-member. If no one can be found, then it will be judged by a member who volunteers to hold it. To enter the National show you must enter at least 3 monthly point shows OR enter 2 monthly point shows and judge 1 monthly show.

MONTHLY POINT SHOW: Held the 10th of each month.

FEE: 25¢ per stable. Anyone can judge a show, members and/or non-members.

Champions to be named:

Stallion, Mare, Gelding, Colt, Filly, Western Perf.(31-39), English Perf.(40-46), Misc. Perf.(47- 50), Overall Halter, Overall Performance, Judge's Choice, Grand and Reserve Grand Champion.

Judge may give full or personal results. Full results must be sent to the President for verification of entrants and spot checking of points. A list of Champs/Reserves will be printed in the newsletter as space permits.

LIFE TIME AWARDS: ROM - Register of Merit - Any horse earning 500 points in Halter, English Perf., Western Perf., Misc. Perf. or Overall Perf. Foals need 400 points.

AOA - Award of Ability - Any horse earning 1000 points in Halter, English Perf., Western Perf., Misc. Perf. or Overall Perf. Foals need 800 points.

CHAMPION - Any horse earning 2000 points in Halter, English Perf., Western Perf., Misc. Perf. or Overall Perf. Foals need 1500 points.

SUPREME AWARD - Any horse earning 3000 points in Halter, English Perf., Western Perf., Misc. Perf. or Overall Perf. Foals need 2000 points.

SUPREME CHAMPION AWARD - Any horse earning 5000 points in Halter,English Perf., Western Perf., Misc. Perf. or Overall Perf. Foals need 3500 points.

SUPERIOR AWARD - Any horse earning 10,000 points TOTAL! Foals need 5000 points.

YEARLY AWARDS: Top Tens will be listed in these events: Stallion, Mare, Gelding, Colt, Filly, WP, WT, Stock work, Gymkhana, Reining, West. Riding, EP, ET, Hunt/Jump, Dressage, Eng. Games, Bareback, Harness, Costume, Parade, Overall Halter, Overall Western Perf., Overall English Perf., Overall Misc. Perf., Overall Perf. and TOP 25 Horses of the Year.

All awards will be give to pure QH division and half breed division. Any horse/foal winning the Superior Award is suggested to retire but not required.
