Tested for TSgt on Friday and it went pretty well! Of course I won't know for a few months if I made it or not, but I believe that I have a real good shot at it, Hey, why not give it to me! We just have to wait and see! Just like we have to wait and see where we are going to be going! Well, the IG was cancled and I have tested... DONE, nothing left to do! Just have to wait till December to leave!
SOMEONE COME VISIT!
Cheri is herself still! She has found a hankerin for Cajun and I have been the happy benefactor of her finds! Red Beans and Rice, Black Beans and Rice, Jambalaya and Gumbo is flowing through the lunch and dinner plates! What fun! The best part is that the girls don't have a taste for the stuff and it is all mine and Cheri's! She thinks it is too spicey and I am looking for something to put into it to heat it up! Oh well, we are happy!
The girls had another busy week, but it has come to our attention that we need to explain a few things. The activities that they are in are only for one hour a day and there are never two in the same day. That is all that there is to do here with only 39 kids in K-8th grade. One day is tennis, the other days are something else, and there is basketball on the weekend!
