This Week's Happening's!
12 October 1998
That was a quick week! We had a rumor about an exercise that might start, and when Monday rolled around and we weren't recalled, we figured it was just a rumor. NOPE... it started on Wed, and of course, we did good! I was training my replacement and he did good!!! I am relieved that he caught on so well. For those that were here... it is Tony Moore that got the job! He has been watching Monte and I do this for 3 years... he just did not know ALL that we did durring the mobility process! This weekend was a three day weekend, and it sure went by fast! Cheri got our bikes off of layaway and the kids and I went on a "few" bike rides! Had a good time! Today, I got all of our CD's catagorized and listed for the move! Long and drawn out process that was!
Cheri had her usual week of working out, and doing what it is that she does... Sat morning, we had decided to start "taking down the house" to get ready for the movers to come next Monday and take our stuff away. She really got motivated and got all of the living room, and kitchen done! Talk about looking bare walled!!! All of the stuff that she had up, and now it is gone... it almost echo's now!
Phil is doing good. He is still between jobs, but is hopefull! They are having a good time on their own, and Phil can't wait for his birthday on Nov 7th... he will be 21 and then can play in the bar's again! Jerry's stuff is in, and his folks are bringing it down for them! The are looking foreward to having some furniture! The girls are doing good! They had a great week and a most wonderfull three day weekend! They got to play out late every night! They JUST walked in here, and they have makeup on. A sign of the future, but they sure do look pretty!
