This Week's Happening's!

Happy Holidays to all that venture here! Cheri and I would like to express our deepest and most heart felt wishes that you and yours have a great Holiday season and a Happy New Year!
What a great time we have been having! Cheri and I have been shopping, and getting ready for Christmas, and I do think that all is ready, and it should be a great success!
Cheri and the girls and I went to Missouri to visit Cheri's Mom and her husband Wayne! We rented a car and drove it all in about 15 hours! The entire way up there, Chelsea would see cows in a field and say, "LOOK!!!, Cows!!!!!" We were so tired of that, but did not realize that our time in Japan, she had never seen fields of cows just standin there! The visit was great! Thanks Carolyn for the good time you showed us! It will not be as long before we come back!
I had fun watching Cheri be a kid for the first time! I have been with her for about 10 years now, and I just laughed when I heard her say "oh, Mommmm" Talk about fun to sit there with her and her mother and sister and listen to the "hen" cackling, and the stories! I had a great time, and it was so beautiful!
Cheri's brother Walt came into town Tuesday the 15th, and it sure has been fun to see him again! Cheri and I lived with him and his wife at the time when we first got to Tucson, and he was the one that gave Cheri away at our wedding! Has been nice to see and catch up with him! Walt and I got to go to Uncle Carl's golf course, and we had a great time! Cheri and the kids came too, and afterwards, we had dinner with Aunt Pearlie and Uncle Carl! Good food, great friends, that all equals an awesome day!
Kat and Jay, and the kids came in Sat the 19th... talk about the house filling up! Then Lo and her son Andrew got in, and finally Sam and Johanna showed up! Now there is 15 people bedding down, and we are everywhere! It is crowded, but it is fun! We all went to "Eddie's Ball Room" for dancing Sat night with Aunt Pearlie, Uncle Carl, Lorrie and Bobby, their son Kyle and his girl, Alesha and Bubba-Wayne, and there were probably others, but I do know that it was a blast! Dancing and laughing was the order, and we filled it well! On Sunday, Walt and I went out to Bobby's and Lorries to help raise some tin on a barn, we got it all up, and all that is left is to do some finishing work on it! I sure was happy getting to do something besides sit on my butt! Phil is doing good. He has moved back in with his Uncle Glenn, so that he can save money to go to Washington in the early spring! The job is good, and he is actuall enjoying it! He says hello to everyone!
The girls are having a blast. They loved the trip to Missouri, and now that all of the cousins are in town, they are just having a ball! They are up and going at it early! Playing hard and laughing harder! I know that they are really enjoying their chance to be in the States and seeing their relatives! I know that we are!
