This Week's Happening's!
22 November 1998
Hello from Texas! Houston, to be exact! We made the trip with minimal problems and long hours! The flights were ok, except that Chelsea gets air sick, and boy, did she ever! We met up with a lifelong friend in LAX; Hutch, which is becoming quite a tradition with us! Then we landed in Houston to much fanfare from the folks and one of my sisters! Saturday was not much at all, and Sunday we went with Lo, and her buddy Mat and his kids to an Expo of software and X-games! It was cool! Caroline could not go... she has a nasty cold going on... Poor thing!
Our week in Billeting was kinda hectic, and at the same time quite uneventful! There was an exercise going on last week, and it drove me crazy not to be able to "play". I really felt lost! Felt really out of place, and unneeded... oh well! We miss it already, but are looking foreward to our new assignment in Spain!

The girls are doing good! The cold is the only thing holding Caroline back! They are starting to really get into the scope of the TV, and they like it! Cheri and I can't wait to take them shopping!
