I wonder if any of you had 2 Thanksgiving dinners to go to? Well, WE did! whewww... that was tough living on Thursday! The first one was with all the people that are the Communication flight here on the base. Huge turn-out with a LOT of great food! Then, later that evening, we went to Utrera and had another (that Cheri did the turkey for!) at Carlos and Beverly's house with all of the Air Traffic Control peoples! Dang, that was an awesome day! I do believe that we were most thankfull for making it through two dinners and still being awake to enjoy the people! hahaha....
My work here is done! I am relieved from duty, and all I have to do is about an hour of walking around and getting out processed from the base! We are deffinately on the home stretch now!
Cheri says that if she makes it through all of the "Going away" dinner and lunches over the next 4 days without gaining 50 lbs she will be thrilled! She is in high demand now! I do believe that she likes it!
The girls are really becoming savy about this move thing. They are making plans for us while we are going to be in Texas. "Store of Knowledge" "Butterfly Museum..." YEAH!!!! Yes, they are getting older and wiser! Such fun!

Well, as you all know, we got our hard copies that say we are going to Georgia! Moody AFB Georgia to be exact... and this is what I will be doing! The assignment is in Valdosta and we are just as excited as can be. There is lots to do there, including an amusement park and a lot of other things... the newspaper is a good source of information that we have. So here we come! Early January is when we have to be there, and we can't wait!
