Ok, for those that were worried, and rightly so,... Cheri's Christmas comes on Friday, and should be here by the first of Feb! She is hosting a "Pampered Chef" party, and is going to order to her hearts content! That is her present! She is so excited about that!
Other than the obvious Holiday, the last week was good! Nothing but holidays from school for the girls and they are enjoying the time off! Cheri is really enjoying the time away from the school and the "obligations" that go along with being stationed here! I had a great week and am looking foreward to the next year with great anticipation!

We had a good New Year Celebration... we had a family come over with their two boys and the four kids plaid Nintendo all the way up to midnight, then they had 8 boxes of sparklers to run up and down the street with! They had a blast! Us parents just sat and shot the shot! Thought I was going to say poop, weren't ya!?? We then watched the clock hit midnight, and KEEP working! The year 2000, what a concept!
Tomorrow is work, and school, and lunch monitor, and Booster Club, and School Officer, and the first duty day of Y2K, and I think I can feel the headache already! I do hope that everyone has a happy Y2K, and that nothing too outragous happens!
I am telling y'all, that FireTalk thing is awesome! Alicia downloaded it, and she and Cheri just completed an hour and a half conversation! Yes, that is what I said, they TALKED for an hour and a half and it was all for the free price of calling your internet provider!
