Still raining, good thing the rain season is in December and January, but we sure did get rain on Friday! I had to go out and un-plug a ditch drain before it went into the neighbors house! The ditches are wide for the huge amounts of water that is possible, but they flow under the driveway's in a 7" pipe. Those get clogged real easy when the flow of the water is over the top of the pipe! Well, across the street, they had a clog, and the water was in a hurry up to their house, not to mention that it had backed up the rest of the street. So I got to go in and "save" the day! I tell you... one "beach bucket" will plug one of those pipes right up! Not much to report. I am taking a few days of leave and have until Friday off. Little projects will hopefully keep me employed!
Cheri had a good week! She went to Rota on Wednesday with Ana and Beverly, they always have a good time! Cake decorating classes are over, and the cakes are beautiful! She is sad to see it go, the last one was Thursday. Friday, she made "gak" with the girls... you know... elmers glue and liquid starch! It was pretty gooey and a good batch! The girls had their appreciation ceremony on Thursday for the Basketball season and they each got a trophy! They sure are proud! School was the same, and spring fever is setting in! A little over 5 weeks to go and they can all see the end in sight! Caroline slept over at Ariel's house Friday night and Chelsea got to stay up until 10:30! They both made out! Guess what? Walt is coming to see us later this month! Do any of y'all feel jealous? He comes in on the 20th and gets to be with us until the 27th! We are so lucky!
