The way I understand it, the term "Attachment Parenting" describes a parenting style that may include but is not limited to: Breastfeeding, Babywearing, Bedsharing, Child-led Weaning, etc.
Basically it involves what's best for baby and attempts to fulfill all of baby's needs (in a natural way).
Most parents do exactly that and have no idea that this style of parenting has such a "big name".
I always try to do what I feel is best for my baby and give him/her what they need.
It's mostly intuition and putting their needs before your own, that's what being a parent is about.
They need you to be there for them now, they grow up so fast.
