Scooch is the pop act from Stock & Aitken, who sound like Steps used to. Andreas is a Swede whose single was released at the end of the month. Late month releases also for numbers 4 and 5, anonymous dance and soulful rappers, respectively. Des Mitchell is another dance act, while TLC's single sold in small quantities all month.
Blaque - known in the UK as Blaque Ivory, for no obvious reason - are a US R&B act.
