Our goal at Brenrich Newfoundlands is to breed sound, typey, healthy Newfoundlands capable of achieving their American Kennel Club championships, as well as performing draft and water rescue work. We health-test all breeding stock and use a board-certified cardiologist for puppy heart clearances. We owner-handle our dogs in the breed ring, and train them ourselves for the NCA draft and water trials. We are actively involved in the regional and national breed club, having served 2 terms as OWNC President, 2 terms as treasurer, and most recently, 2 terms as OWNC Board member at large. |
