  • Leads the evaluation, acquisition and implementation of replacement core software to the insurance operation, in 18 months.
  • Evaluated and acquired core banking software and technical infrastructure for the startup Nuevo Mundo Commercial Bank, sharing resources with the insurance company at a minimum cost
  • Evaluated and acquired new voice infrastructure, with IVR fully integrated to Oracle, IVR-to-email and IVR-to-fax capabilities, telemarketing with predictive dialer, auto attendant, and unified messaging.
  • Designed and developed an internal web site with live display of key performance indicators, with drill-down capacity.
  • Lead design, development and operation of an extranet to Insurance Brokers and clients.
