Dwight Wilson Smeigh, 60, formerly of Enola, died July 8 in St.
Francis Hospice in Honolulu. He retired from Pearl Harbor
Naval Shipyard as general foreman, was a member of the American
Legion of Pennsylvania and active with youth baseball in
Hawaii. Surviving are his wife, Darlene Mathieu Smeigh; three
sons, Scott, Michael and Tim, and a daughter, Rita Sue Bishop,
all of Hawaii; two brothers, Carl of Camp Hill and Ray of
Dillsburg; a sister, Mary Withington of Camp Hill; five
grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held
in Hawaii July 15. Burial was in the Hawaii State Veterans
Cemetery, Kaneohe. Mililani Memorial Park Mortuary, Waipo,
Hawaii, handled arrangements.
