Winifred A. Forney, 81, of Main Street, Oberlin, died Friday,
in Holy Spirit Hospital, East Pennsboro Twp. She had been an
assembly worker for the former Resistance Products Inc.,
Harrisburg; and was a member of Swatara Church of God, Swatara
Twp. Surviving are three daughters, Jean S. Saltzer of
Middletown, Dolores A. Speelman of Rutherford and Nancy E.
Forney of Oberlin; two sons, Paul L. Jr. and Larry W., both
of Oberlin; a brother, Elmer E. Smee, and a sister, Charlotte M.
Staub, both of Oberlin; 17 grandchildren; and 28 great-
grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Stone Funeral
Home, Steelton. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens,
Lower Paxton Twp. Viewing will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday
in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to her
church, 4860 Lindle Road, Harrisburg 17111.
