Grace E. Smeigh, 78, of 209 N. Bedford St., Carlisle, died
Saturday in Harrisburg Hospital. She was a former employee of
Fashion Bug, Reeves-Hoffman, and the former Carlisle Shoe
Co., all of Carlisle; and was a 50-year member of Bethel Assembly
of God Church, Carlisle. Surviving are a daughter, Betty
Hurley of Carlisle; three sisters, Mary Hill of Carlisle, and
Olive Lambert and Leona Sheets, both of Mechanicsburg; eight
grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and six great-great
-grandchildren. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the
Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home, Carlisle. Burial will be in
Westminster Memorial Gardens, North Middleton Twp. Viewing will
be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. Memorial
contributions may be made to her church, 1412 Holly Pike,
Carlisle 17013.
