Keith Allen Smee, 17, of Newport RD 3 died yesterday at home.
He was a senior at Newport High School where he was a member
of band front, boy's basketball and Future Farmers of America,
and also was a member of St. Samuel's Lutheran Church.
Surviving are his parents, Nelson and Mary Ann Smee; a sister,
Kimberly D. at home; a half-brother, Richard Trout of Sterling,
Va.; his paternal grandmother, Baletta Smee of Duncannon; and
his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Campbell of Newport.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in his church. Burial
will be in Wila Cemetery. There will be no viewing or visitation.
Myers Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Memorial
contributions may be made to his church, P.O. Box 307, Newport
17074.
