Jennifer Roberson

I have only read two of Jennifer Roberson's books so far, but I enjoyed them both very much. I look forward to reading more of her writings.

Lady of the Glen is a novel set in 17th Century Scotland and tells of the Massacre of Glencoe. The story involves two young people of opposing clans who fall in love despite centuries of hatred between their families. If you like Scottish Historical Fiction you should enjoy this book. It is very hard to put down and the story of the Massacre of Glencoe is very moving.

Lady of the Forest is a story of Robin Hood and Maid Marian. Robin Hood stories have always been a favorite of mine when I was growing up. Lady of the Forest is a 'grown-up' Robin Hood story. It is very hard to put down once you get started. I loved the insights on Robin's character, and I really enjoyed Marian too!

She has also written a Highlander: The Series novel, Highlander: Scotland the Brave.

Jennifer Roberson has written a lot of Science Fiction, too. To learn more about her visit her Homepage.
