Old Fire Station
The Original Firehouse was built in May 1931 at the cost of $1502.00.

Main Station Firehouse as it stands today consisting of the original section and an addition put on in 1963 at a cost of $4362.00. The building was sold in 1997 and is now used by a towing company.

1928 Model A
1928 Model A Ford - was Hurffville's first truck. Pump by Hale, bodywork by F. S. Pearson Co. This was the first Model A truck sold by Ace Motors of Woodbury NJ at the cost of $616.93.

1938 Ford
1938 V-8 Ford was bought used in 1942. F.S. Pearson mounted a new 500 GPM Hale skid pump and made the tank from sheet metal from the Baker Bowl Skating Rink in Philadelphia.

1947 Mack
1947 Mack Custom - Open cab with 500 GPM pump & 500 gallon tank. It was the first of its type in the township. The cost of the truck was $6222.43. Although retired in the 1970's it was refurbished in 1993 and it is still owned by the Fire Company.

1950 GMC
1950 GMC - Bought new to replace the 1938 Ford chassis. The tank & skid pump were remounted by Camden Motor Truck Co. The total cost was $1675.00.

1964 Thibault
1964 Thibault - GMC chassis with a 750 GPM pump and 1000 gallon tank. Built by Pierre Thibault in Pierreville, Quebec. It was the second Canadian pumper delivered to New Jersey.

1968 Hahn Custom
1968 Hahn Custom - It had a 1000 GPM pump with a 1000-Gallon tank. Hahn Motors of Hamburg, Pa, built it. Washington Township purchased it for the Hurffville Fire Co.

1971 Dodge Power Wagon
1971 Dodge Power wagon - Bought from Downer Motors, Elmer NJ. Our own members installed a 220 gallon tank and a 250 GPM skid pump with hose reel. This unit replaced the 1950 GMC. This truck no longer serves the Fire Company; it is now owned by one of our members and is used on his farm.

1976 Hahn
1976 Hahn Custom had a 1250 GPM pump & 750 gallon tank with 2000 ft. of 3 ½" hose. It was put into service in January 1977. Purchased by the Washington Township Fire Commission.

1980 Ford Truck No. 1033
Tanker 1033 is a 1980 Ford with a Grumman Body it has a 1500 GPM 2 stage pump and a 2000-gallon water tank. The truck will carry 2 people. (Tanker 1033 was Best Appearing in its class at our State Convention in 1982 & 1983 it was sold in January 1998).
