2 lb. boiling beef or chuck roast
Pressure cook for 1 hour
Shred
Salt to taste
1 14-oz bottle ketchup
1 14-oz bottle (use ketchup bottle) of water
I use the beef broth from pressure cooking
2 Tables. vinegar
2 Tables. brown sugar
2 Tables. Worchest. sauce
1 onion - chopped
Mix all together and bake for 2 hours at 350 deg.
