Banana Cream Pie
- 1 pie shell baked or a wafer crust
- 1 can - 14 oz Eagle Brand Milk
- 1 teasp. banana extract
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 2 or 3 bananas
- 2 tablesp. sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Mix milk - lemon juice - extract.
Slice bananas and heap in shell.
Pour mixture over bananas.
Whip cream and add sugar and spread on top.
Chill.
