Broccoli Casserole

  1. 1/2 cup cooked rice
  2. 2 pks. frozen Broccoli
  3. 8 oz. jar cheese whiz
  4. 1\2 cup chopped celery
  5. 1\2 cup chopped onion
  6. 1 can chopped water chestnuts
  7. 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cook Broccoli 1\2 the suggested time on pkg. & drain.
Cook rice.
Saute onion, celery & water chestnuts in oleo.
Add soup and cheese whiz, mixing well.
Stir in rice and broccoli.

Put in casserole and bake 1\2 hr. at 350.

Cooking Tip: Storing cheese in a tightly covered container with a few sugar cubes will retard mold.
