Chicken Tetrazzini


Chicken Tetrazzini

  1. 6 chicken breasts (cooked & cut up)
  2. 1 onion-chopped
  3. 1 green pepper-chopped
  4. 16 oz. American cheese-grated
  5. 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  6. 1 1/2 cans (small) evaporated milk
  7. 1 small jar pimentos
  8. 1 jar of sliced mushrooms
  9. garlic salt-to taste
  10. 9 oz. cut up spaghetti - cooked & drained

Mix all together & bake covered for 1 hour at 350 deg.

note: the original recipe called for 8 oz. old english cheese-grated and 8 oz. American cheese-grated. I can't find the old english cheese anymore - so I just use 16 oz. of American cheese.
