Chicken Tetrazzini
Chicken Tetrazzini
- 6 chicken breasts (cooked & cut up)
- 1 onion-chopped
- 1 green pepper-chopped
- 16 oz. American cheese-grated
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cans (small) evaporated milk
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 jar of sliced mushrooms
- garlic salt-to taste
- 9 oz. cut up spaghetti - cooked & drained
Mix all together & bake covered for 1 hour at 350 deg.
note: the original recipe called for 8 oz. old english cheese-grated and 8 oz. American cheese-grated. I can't find the old english cheese anymore - so I just use 16 oz. of American cheese.
