Combine rice & olives & mushrooms & Ham & Chicken.
Place in buttered 9 x 13 baking dish.
Saute green pepper
& onion in butter till tender.
Add tomatoes and bay leaf,
parsley & seasonings & simmer 5 min.
Remove bay leaf - Spoon
evenly over mixture in baking dish.
Top with buttered
crumbs.
Bake 350 for 45 min.
