Pumpkin Cheese Cake
- 2 - 8 oz. cream cheese - room temp.
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teasp. vanilla
- 1/2 teasp. cinnamon
- dash of cloves & nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 1 graham cracker crust
Mix cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, vanilla & spices at med. speed till blended.
Add egg till blended.
Pour into crust.
Bake at 350 deg. for 40 min.
Refrigerate overnight or at least 3 hours.
