Pumpkin Cheese Cake

  1. 2 - 8 oz. cream cheese - room temp.
  2. 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 1/2 teasp. vanilla
  5. 1/2 teasp. cinnamon
  6. dash of cloves & nutmeg
  7. 2 eggs
  8. 1 graham cracker crust

Mix cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, vanilla & spices at med. speed till blended.
Add egg till blended.
Pour into crust.
Bake at 350 deg. for 40 min.
Refrigerate overnight or at least 3 hours.
