My Aunt Helen _Magnolia, Ark. sent me this recipe
Brown 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck with a chopped onion & bell
pepper.
Drain.
Then in large pot, put meat and:
1 can pinto beans (juice & all)
1 can red kidney beans (juice & all)
1 can great northern beans (juice & all)
1 can whole kernel corn (Drain)
1 can diced Tomatoes (Rotel)
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
1 pkg. taco mix
3 or 4 cups water
salt & pepper to taste
Simmer about 45 min.
Serve with grated cheese & fritos on top (optional)
