Blue Cheese Dressing


Blue Cheese Dressing

This recipe makes 1 1/2 quart.
Improves with age.

  1. 1 quart mayonnaise (don't use salad dressing)
  2. 6 Tables. sugar
  3. 6 Tables. Horseradish (no juice)
  4. 1 large clove garlic - chopped fine
  5. 3 Tables. onion - chopped fine
  6. 3/4 lb. grated blue cheese
  7. 1 1/2 Tables. lemon juice

My Dad gave me this recipe too - the day that he gave me the quick dressing recipe. I think he thought I could use all the help I could get. :)
