Asparagus Chicken Casserole
- 3 chicken breasts, boiled
- 2 cans asparagus, drained
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1 med. jar mushrooms
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 sm. jar pimiento
- 2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 lb. med. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Accent
- Almonds (optional)
Tear boiled chicken into pieces. Line a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish with asparagus. Cover with chicken. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Add remainder of ingredients to onion and mushrooms. Simmer until cheese is melted and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 deg. for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
