I am currently enrolled at Iowa State University, finishing up my
student-teaching before I graduate in December. Hopefully, working with young
adolsecents now will get me ready for when my own children reach "that age."
Brent lives in Rochester, Minnesota and works at IBM as a software engineer.
So, yes, we do live three hours apart right now, but as of December 19, it will
be just another page of our history! :)
Brent and I are pretty active people. We like bowling, swimming, and
racquetball. Our biggest love by far is the game of golf. Don't think for a
moment that having a baby is going to keep us from the course - we plan to golf
as much as possible once the weather favors it! It's probably a safe bet that
we will have purchased the "Fisher-Price Golf Jr." for our little pumpkin before
its first birthday. We are definitely looking forward to the new addition to our
family!
Greetings! I'm Heather. My husband's name is Brent(also a Storksite member)
and we're both 23 years old. And yes, we're expecting our first child in April!
Brent and I met over three years in the residence halls at Iowa State University
and it's been happiness ever since.
