Y!360 Blogging is lame
OK... I can blog about it on Blogger without a hitch, but trying it with Y!360 gave me one problem after another. However, I can do it on Flickr AND I can drag and drop the Flickr entry here. OK... all that gets me is the photo itself... sigh... I give up! CONCLUSION: As much as I like Yahoo!, I do NOT like all things Yahoo! Y!360 blogs still need a LOT of work. Want to see what this was supposed to look like? Click the Blogger Blog link at left OR see the Flickr page. BOTH those services managed to accomplish this simple task. And, yes, I know it's possible with Y!360. I'm just tired of jumping through odd hoops to do it.

And another thing... I don't think I like this social engineering networking metaphor. I think it's even more overblown than the old portal wars of the late 90's.

Well Mark, I know how you feel. "I feel your pain". I just hope that the Yahoo! 360 team is listening to what the 360 community is saying and fixes what needs to be fixed. Remember, this is still a beta service, which means that they're still working to make it better (I hope).
