This really caught my eye. When I pass buildings and houses, I love to wonder what's behind the windows. Its almost a fetish with me. ;) ~Karen~

I learned more and took some photos, today, too.
They are indeed the apartments behind the windows.
I heard the rent was set at $1500/month (Chicago prices!) and they have remained empty, unrented since renovation completed between 6 and 9 months ago. Parking is NOT included and expected to cost $100 per month.
They have a 'scenic' rooftop patio area that faces south and overlooks the Broad Street parking lot, Blackhawk Bank, and the future home of Ace Hardware.
Rumor has it the owner is considering selling these as condominiums. And parking is still not included?
