It was like that here in the Detroit area on Thursday, too, Mark. One minute we were seeing blizzard conditions, the next it was bright and sunny with very few clouds. Very weird weather.

Hey Mark, I was in Girard, PA, for the past week. We got about 2 inches of snow on Saturday morning. Then freezing ran. Then bright sunshine.

I was just glad that I wasn't in Buffalo -- they got two feet. Two feet of wet snow on top of leaves still on trees = limbs down and no power for lots of people for DAYS. Very weird weather. And some great pictures (we took a couple of the snow but they are still on the film in the camera waiting to be developed).

Yes, that happened here in Chicago. I couldn't believe it was snowing this early.
