Today's view out my window
 Recent view from my window...  and it's snowing too soon...  then, ten minutes later, the sun is shining brightly... and now the wind is blowing and clouds and snow are back again. Meanwhile... I waste my morning waiting for Aliant Energy to inspect. They have 12 minutes and then they will be late to the party. |

It was like that here in the Detroit area on Thursday, too, Mark. One minute we were seeing blizzard conditions, the next it was bright and sunny with very few clouds. Very weird weather.

I am soooooooooo glad that you have the snow and we don't... but the air is cold enough to have had it snow in OHIO.

Hey Mark, I was in Girard, PA, for the past week. We got about 2 inches of snow on Saturday morning. Then freezing ran. Then bright sunshine.
I was just glad that I wasn't in Buffalo -- they got two feet. Two feet of wet snow on top of leaves still on trees = limbs down and no power for lots of people for DAYS.
Very weird weather. And some great pictures (we took a couple of the snow but they are still on the film in the camera waiting to be developed).

Yes, that happened here in Chicago. I couldn't believe it was snowing this early.
