You gotta wonder if the BIA people ruling on the Ho-Chunk nation's protest of a proposed Bad River/St. Croix off-reservation tribal gaming casino in Beloit have seen this and how such things might affect the case???

It's been there for like 10 or more years. Now imagine this dialog at a hearing... "Look, your honor, even the City of Beloit acknowledges we have an ancestral, tribal claim to lands in the Beloit vicinity. You can't award a gaming license to a non-indigenous tribe!"
