Thanks! But this was done with a Canon RebelXT DSLR, not a point and shoot. But there's no reason a decent P&S wouldn't be able to capture this.
In any case, yes, sure you can do this with a normal P&S... that and the all-important tripod, still water and a great scene.
It's a conspiracy, I tell ya! :-)
