Here's a question we get often at the 360-Forum,

"When people click on my profile, my 360 page shows instead. How do I get my profile back?"

You'd be surprised at how many people don't know how to do this.  Yahoo! 360° help isn't very clear on this.

You have the option to display your Yahoo! 360° page instead of your profile when someone clicks on your profile link. If you want to make changes to these settings:

1) Once you are at http://360.yahoo.com and logged in, click on the "Settings" link from the tabs on top.

2) In your "Basic Info" page, in the "Yahoo! Identity Display" section, you will see several options. Go to where you see your profile and

a) If you DO NOT want your Yahoo profile replaced by your 360 page, select the first option that says, "Display me as: ?????"

b) IF you WANT to display your 360 page instead of your profile, you can select the second or third options. You will see at the bottom of the other two options, it says, "Links ?????? to your Yahoo! 360° page when it's displayed in other places on Yahoo!".

4) Then click on "Save".

NOTE: if you have multiple profiles, you may do the same steps mentioned above for every profile.

In your feedback form, be very detailed in what is happening. Remember to respond to any emails you might receive from them.
