1 loaf (16 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Cinnamon Swirl Bread, any variety, cut into cubes
(about 8 cups)
6 eggs, beaten
3 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Confectioners' sugar
Directions:
1. Place bread cubes in greased 3-quart shallow baking dish. Mix eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour
over bread mixture. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
2. Uncover. Bake at 350ºF. for 50 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
