Kahlua Mudslide Brownies

2 C. all purpose flour
1/2 tea baking powder
1/2 tea salt
2/3 C. butter
4 sqs. (1 oz. ea.) unsweetened-chocolate, chopped
3 eggs
1-1/2 C. granulated sugar
4 tbls KAHLUA
2 tbls Irish cream liqueur
1 tbls Vodka
3/4 C. coarsely chopped walnuts
Whole Coffee Beans, optional

Combine flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl. Melt butter and chocolate in small saucepan over low heat; set aside. Beat eggs and granulated sugar in large bowl until light. Beat in flour mixture, chocolate mixture, 4 tbl. Kahlua, Irish cream and vodka. Fold in walnuts.

Pour into greased 13x9 baking pan. Bake in 350oF. oven just until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean, about 25 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool in pan on wire rack.

Kahlua Glaze

1-1/4 C. powdered sugar
3 Tbl. KAHLUA

Beat together sugar and Kahlua in small bowl until smooth.

To Serve

Spread with Kahlua Glaze. Decorate with whole coffee beans, if desired. Cut into squares. Makes 24 brownies.
