Peaches and Cream Cake

  • Grease bottom and sides of pan.

  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (3oz) pkg. regular vanilla pudding
  • 1 tsp. margarine (soft)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can (15-20 oz.) peaches
  • 1 (8oz) cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar

  • Beat all the above ingredients but the peaches for 2 minutes.
  • Drain peaches and reserve 3 teaspoons peach juice.
  • In another bowl mix softened cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar.
  • Beat 2 minutes and spoon on top of peaches, sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon sugar over top.
  • Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees
  • Then refrigerate.
