Peaches and Cream Cake
Grease bottom and sides of pan.
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 (3oz) pkg. regular vanilla pudding
1 tsp. margarine (soft)
1 egg
1 can (15-20 oz.) peaches
1 (8oz) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
Beat all the above ingredients but the peaches for 2 minutes. Drain peaches
and reserve 3 teaspoons peach juice.
In another bowl mix softened cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar.
Beat 2 minutes and spoon on top of peaches, sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
sugar over top.
Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees
Then refrigerate.
