1-14oz pkg. of caramels
1/2 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup butter
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts
pre heat over to 325º. Mix cake mix as directed on box. Melt butter, milk and caramels together. While cake is still hot, pour caramel mixture over cake and sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
