To any Judge of the District Court, Ordained minister, or any Justice of
the Peace of Red River County---Greetings:

You are hereby authorized to celebrate the RITES OF MARRIAGE between
Joseph B. Chapman and Margaret S. Strong
and make due return to the Clerk of the said County, within sixty days
thereafter, certifing your action under this license.
