SHEA'S PLACE PAGE SEVEN

LEAVING THE NEST............. Moving right along, it is now Nineteen Eighty and Virginia has met the love of her life. His name is Bob and he is a great guy. They were married in September, Nineteen Eighty.

Colleen met George in Nineteen Eighty One and he was the one for her. As in Virginia's case, George was a good catch. Helen and I were elated that both girls married two stable, energetic men.
Colleen and George were married in June Nineteen Eighty Three. ( For privacy, I am not mentioning last names here.)

There went along with the girls, two cars that I no longer had to maintain. ( For about eight years, I had been taking care of four cars, not a small chore. )

Next came the grand-children. (Love them all!) It took a few years to start but then they came one by one. First was Michael, then came Emma, Caitlin and Erin.
The kids are growing fast and we wonder where the years went. They say time flys when you're having fun, but, THIS FAST?
