EVALUATE YOUR FITNESS LEVEL:
Check out the height/weight charts and compare to yours.  Make sure you use pounds (lb.) not kilograms (k).  Find the percentile you fall in under height.  Then find your percentile on the weight chart, and compare the two.  The 50 percentile is right in the middle, or average for your age group.
