LATEST with COURT CASE:

September 14th, 2000 the Smith trio ( Roger, Kyle and Kain)
 will appear in court to hear
 the results  of the Preliminary Inquiry and possibly
reprimanded due to the 'double murder charge..."

Here is an outline of the mountain of evidence
which will face the Smith trio in the supreme court:

• Although the P.I. stage is a long and laborious process,
  this is the time when all evidence is presented before the magistrate. 
  The Smith Trio had no defense strategy and no witness was called on there behalf. 
  Thus, no 'new evidence' will be permitted in the supreme court phase.
  
  The Smith Trio sealed the 'coffin' on there own death sentence in many ways.
  They failed to realized that this premeditated killing occurred in a public forum with many witnesses, they signed a legal document when they went to the Police Station stating that it was an accident ;giving conflicting statements to the Police in there report . 
  
  This double murdering occurred in a public forum and all of the witnesses has no
  relations to the late Cameron Deveaux & O'Dinge Pinder.
  

• Perhaps the most damaging fact, is the fact that Yves Smith,
  (cousin of the Smith Trio )
  was seen running out of the now infamous Corsica car 
  by the Soldier Road red light which supports the notion that
  this was simply not an 'accident' but a premeditated act
  >Full Disclosure: Yves Smith is one of the prosecution key witnesses
   and must tell the truth or face obstruction of justice charges. <
