This page is for Mommy to keep you up-to-date on my progress. I am growing so fast that it is all Mommy can do to keep up. Mommy started this a little bit late, so we'll just start with January 1999.
August 25, 2003
Today I started 2nd Grade. It sure seenms like it is going to be hard. I hope not. My teacher is Mrs. Byrd and I just love her.

I had my first soccer game of the year. They put me playing goalie. I really like playing goalie.

I started 1st grade today. It was great!! We will be doing spelling, reading, math, music and PE this year. I can't wait.
December 30, 2001
Today I turned 6 years old. We had a Scooby Doo party at the fire house. I received alot of presents and Mommy made me a Double Cheeseburger Cake.

Today I started Kindergarten at Holly Grove Christian School. My teachers are Mrs. Mason and Mrs. Martin. They sure do have alot of things planned for this year.
January 3, 2001
I went for my 5 year checkup today. Passed with flying colors. They gave me 3 shots while I was there. I did okay until the DTaP shot. That really burned. The doctor gave me a book, badge, pencil, and stickers for being such a good patient.

I started Pre-Kindergarten today and I absolutely love it. My teacher is Mrs. Pattisal and she is really nice. I can't wait to go back tomorrow.

Since starting school, I can spell my name, count up to 20, pick out letters of the alphabet, tell you what letter words start with, recite my 911 address, and phone number. I have advanced to the next level of swimming classes and absolutely love it.

Mommy and Daddy got me two kittens today. Socks is grey with 2 white paws and a white triangle on his neck/chest. Stripes is a grey tabby. They are driving my Mommy crazy but she loves them.

My cousin and I stayed overnight with Mom Mom Justis for the first time. We had a ball. We played on her computer, and kept her up late talking. She said it was definitely an experience.

I had to go to the doctor for a sick baby call. I ended up with an ear infection in my left ear. That isn't even what Mommy made the appointment for. My ear didn't even hurt. That really surprised Mommy. Dr. Cathy put me on an awful tasting antibiotic and told me to stop trying to feed the elephants peanuts out of my ear. I weighed 34 pounds today.
March 13, 1999
Mommy enrolled me at a Tumble Tykes class through our YMCA. We have a new one being built and they have already started classes. Today I learned to do a forward roll, backward roll, headstand, log roll, and crab walk. I sure did have fun.
January 23, 1999
Went to the doctor today for my 3-year old checkup. I weighed 33 pounds and was 37 inches tall. My blood pressure was fine (boy did that feel weird). The doctor made me jump up and down, walk on my toes and then on my heels, and touch my toes so she could check my back. She gave me a clean bill of health. She gave me really good news, "NO SHOTS UNTIL SCHOOL". Thank Goodness.
I know my alphabet, can count to 12, sing lots of songs, name my colors.
