The <HEAD> tags generally only contain the <TITLE> and </TITLE>tags between them. However, I have added the <STYLE> tags to format my text so that my links aren't underlined. Nothing that is in this section of your HTML document is going to show up on your actual webpage, although what you have here could affect how your page looks (if you use the style tags).
